Hi Everyone! Summer is RIGHT around the corner! Here's a great target toning exercise for the outer thigh---it's one of my favorites to really target those saddle bags! Positioning is so important. Be sure to keep your knee and wrist in a straight line. I encourage you to push yourself to really lift the leg higher and just to take your time. In this case, slower is better! And don't forget to zip up those abs!
