2. Return Window & Conditions

For items shipped directly through the Denise Austin Store, customers may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.

Items must be in their original packaging and in unused condition to be eligible for a return.

Final sale items, opened products, and digital goods are not eligible for return, except in cases of defects.
3. Refund Process & Timeline

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after the return is received and inspected.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Store credit is not currently offered as an alternative refund method.

Shipping costs are included in refunds only if the product is deemed defective or incorrect.
4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. In such cases, a prepaid return label will be provided.

No restocking fees apply to returns.
5. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. Customers must return the item and place a new order if they wish to receive a different product.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If a customer receives a defective or incorrect item, they must provide photos of the issue to receive a prepaid return label.

Once the defective or incorrect item is returned, a replacement or refund will be issued.
7. Non-Returnable Items

Digital products are non-refundable. These include digital plans, workout programs, and other downloadable content.

Other non-returnable items include opened DVDs and final sale items.
8. Membership Cancellations & Refunds

Semi-Annual (6-month) and Annual (12-month) Memberships are charged upfront. Customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to cancel for a full refund.

After the 30-day grace period, cancellations are non-refundable, but access will continue until the subscription expires.
Monthly Memberships come with a 30-day free trial and your payment will begin after your 30-day free trial ends. Monthly Memberships are non-refundable. Should you choose to cancel, your cancellation will go into affect upon the next billing cycle. Your remaining time in the membership will remain active until it expires.
