Welcome to my July Wake Up Workout! I looooove this 5-minute morning workout routine - it is the perfect way to start the day!! Just hop out of bed and get to it! This morning workout routine will help you loosen up from your sleep, stretch those muscles, and put a smile on your face! Whenever I feel a little blah, I always try to do a little workout, because it changes my mood for the better, and I think this July Wake Up Workout can do just that: set a great tone for the rest of your day!
