Video Script: Total Body Toning Blitz Workout

Welcome to your holiday blitz. Now it's time to target tone the entire body blitz. Let's go. Starting with a good pool down, keeping your back straight and strong. That's it. Pull down using your upper back muscles. Also working those abs, getting the abs pulled up in the end so you get flat abs. That's it. These are all great, easy exercise you could do right there in the privacy of your own home or wherever you're traveling. Holidays. Keep it up. That's the whole key. Keeping toned, firmed up, burning some calories and fat. That's it. We got two more really pulled down. Feel the lower tummy too. That's one and release. Now it's time for, but tap. Tap the couch and come back up or it can be a chair whenever you have there. That's a good way back there and come up as you come up. Squeeze your buttocks.

Notice I'm sitting way back. So important. Good form. Makes it really work. You'll see results I promise, sit way back in there. And squeeze belly, hips, thighs and buttocks routine. That's it. Keep those abs pulled in and really pulled in. Tighten it up. Great. We've got two more. Sit back there. Last one. Hold it down. Hold it down, baby pulses, that's it. Come on. Burn some calories. All what we're eating during the holidays. We'll burn it off right now. Come on. Keep that metabolism revved up. Yes. Two more. Last one, and release. Okay. Come on down to the couch. Let's work the back of those arms are tricep. Didn't lift up your chest, go all the way down and come back up. That's it. Working back of those arms. Great for good back support. That's it. Keep your elbows band and let me show you right here.

Good form and good technique. Good body alignment. Go down and stretch up. That's it. Great. So important to firm up those arms. Look sexy arms. Yes, for the holidays. Last one. Go down, hold it, baby pulses. Push up, push up, push it. Oh, okay. And come all the way up. Wonderful. Okay, let's do some lunches. Work in the hips and thighs. The buttocks. Keep your abs strong. Get Lower and lower. You go the better for your inner and outer thighs. That's it. Stay low. You can do this a couple more. Get lower. Yes. Reach it out there, which way out? You can do it. Two more lunge. Tap it out. That's one. Okay. Take a deep breath. Inhale and exhale and stretch it out. Release any tension. That's it. We all want to get rid of any stress through the holidays and stretching is a great way to reduce some of that built up stress. That's it. Take a deep breath. Inhale up and exhale out and give yourself a big hand. Woo. We did it.
