All these mini-challenges are on your Dashboard, for you to do anytime, anywhere!!On to today's recipe - this Peach Smoothie is absolutely a favorite of mine: it is tangy, sweet and filling! Plus it has added fiber to keep your digestive system running smoothly. It's also delicious if you substitute strawberries for the peaches! Enjoy!Ingredients4 ounces lemon yogurt4 ounces whole milk1/2 cup frozen or fresh sliced peaches1/2 cup Florida orange juice1/4 cup toasted wheat bran3 ice cubesDirectionsPlace all ingredients in a blender and whip until smooth. A delicious dessert, or start to the day!Makes 1 serving
