My new Vitality For Life Program launches January 13th, and I am so excited to offer fitness, nutrition, wellbeing and lifestyle advice to all women who want to feel and look their best in 2025! As we age, staying active becomes even more vital than ever: Physical fitness helps us to squat, bend and lift items... gives us the energy to be caregivers, resilient and independent... allows our posture to remain tall and powerful... helps prevent weight gain and promotes those all-important muscles... and truly makes us feel better!!


My new Vitality Program is designed to help you get back into a fitness routine that is FUN and for any level! I have created to perfect mix of strength training (so important for lean, healthy muscle), cardio (heart-healthy and fat-blasting!) and flexibility and lengthening routines. When combined, this is a proven way way to increase muscle, decrease fat, and promote a healthier body!

When you join (the first four weeks are FREE!), get ready for fun Vitality workouts every Monday-Saturday: 20-30 minute sessions to really give you results. Plus shorter "stackable" workouts that you can add on for even more target toning. These tackle those areas that can be problematic as we age, like the meno-belly and upper arms areas.

As for my tried-and-true, PROVEN workout tip: Add weights! One-pound arm or ankle weights can really take your daily walks, yoga moves and hikes up a notch, helping to burn more fat and calories. You can even try a weighted vest or wear a backpack for some added weight. It's my go-to move when I want to do my usual routine but get a little more benefit out of it. Give it a try!
