Walking Challenge Recipe: Antioxidant Super Food Smoothie

This smoothie is chock full of everything your body can use after a good walk! Sometimes I drink this as breakfast or lunch, other times as a snack or to tide me over when I know I won't be eating for a while. It's one of my favorites, and I think you'll love it too! Makes 2 servings.Ingredients½ cup berries (raspberries, blueberries, blackberries)½ cup strawberries¼ cup full fat Greek yogurt¼ cup fresh spinach leaves1 tsp chia seeds¼ cup waterIce cubes as neededSweeten with maple syrup to taste (optional)Garnish: 2 tablespoons chopped walnutsDirectionsCombine all ingredients in blender for 30-45 seconds or until smooth, adding ice cubes as needed to thin down.
