3 Walking Tips PLUS My NEW 4-Week Walking Challenge!

I'm so excited to share that my Annual 4-Week Fall Walking Challenge is right around the corner - and we have given it a face lift!!! Walking is my ride or die fitness activity. To get you excited, here are a three walking tips I have for you:

  • Just Start. It's the hardest part of creating a habit! But you CAN do it. Walking is low-impact and an exercise that ANYONE can do! Start out with 10 minutes a day if that's what you have. As your stamina increases, you will be able to walk longer and challenge yourself with higher intensity!
  • Get Walking Shoes. A good pair of walking shoes is literally the only equipment you need to get a good walk in! I wear my Easy Spirits every single day and love them so much!   • Be Consistent. As with any other workouts, consistency is KEY! Make walking part of your daily routine, and before long it will be second nature. Scheduling and writing my walking plan down in my calendar for the week helps me! Some days a morning walk is what works with my schedule, while other days I like to walk with friends. Schedule it and you will be more likely to do it!
