Welcome to your no floor core, thats right you don't have to get down on the ground to do our ab core workout. So let's get started. The first exercise is just to lift the knee towards the chest, but use your lower abdominals, okay? When you're really tightening and engaging your abs you'll really start to feel this in the lower part of your tummy, the area we all need extra help, lower abs, below the belly button. Make sure when you're doing this your tightening up, okay, this whole thing feels like a corset, like you're tightening that corset up okay. Tighten it up, core, that's it. Now let's add to the next level. The elbows go back, and it's all about those abs, it takes balance, core workout, just to get that knee up, yes the other leg is working out too. Good okay, keep moving that's the whole workout, that core workout. We got two more, that's it. Woo. You did great with a fabulous workout.
