Fit Over 50: Summer Sizzle Nutrition!
1 Always have lots of veggies and fruit cut up and ready to eat. I like to shop early in the week and spend 30 minutes or so washing, chopping and storing produce in the fridge so we can grab and go with a healthy, filling snack.
